I live outside the US and Canada. Can I use IS Marketplace to find service providers?
No. IS Marketplace is currently only available to international students studying in the US and Canada
What if I don’t get matched with a service provider?
If we can't find a service provider who meets your needs, we will notify you almost immediately
How do I compare service offers on IS Marketplace
IS Marketplace only matches you with approved service providers in our network. You'll be notified of providers who match your needs through email and or phone. It's important that you evaluate all of the terms of each offer before you choose.
Am I obligated to accept an offer?
You are under no obligation to accept a quote that is presented to you. All negotiations are directly between you and the service provider you select
I am a service provider, how can I join your partner network?
We welcome new service partners from all over the US and Canada to our platform. Simply complete an application under sign-up
